Aware of how important it is for you and your family’s welfare to choose your new home, we taken it upon us to go beyond your expectations. We want to extend the following commitment in writing as proof that if you finally entrust us with your confidence, opting for one of the homes we put at your disposal in RESIDENCIAL NATALIA, now and in the future you will count with the advantages that NG VIVIENDAS has in store for you. We are a team with over twenty years of experience in creating homes and offering services. We work closely with our clients in a professional and committed way, seeking the satisfaction of their needs and aspirations, and learning from them. Following the purchase of your home in RESIDENCIAL NATALIA, NG VIVIENDAS extends to you the following benefits and services:

• FURNITURE 2000: You are entitled to a check for furnishing or similar for the amount of 2000 €, including VAT. You can spend it in any shop you deem appropriate, in furniture, appliances, decor, etc. If required we can accompany you to advice you and help you choose. In case the amount is not spent or only spent partially, the amount not spent will be deducted from the price without VAT of your house.
• REVALUATION GUARANTEE: Confident that you are acquiring your house at an optimum price, we pledge to reimburse you up to FIVE THOUSAND EUROS if the following circumstances coincide. Once four years have past since the date of purchase you will be entitled to request an appraisal for your house done under the assumption that the house is brand new. The appraisal must be carried out by a renowned company in the Spanish market and be among the five with the most volume of home appraisals nationwide. If the resulting value of the appraisal is lower than the selling price, NG VIVIENDAS would then apply for a second appraisal to another company also between the five with the highest volume of appraisals. The values supplied by the assessment carried out by the client and the one carried out by NG VIVIENDAS would be used to calculate an average value of the two. In the case this value is below the selling price, NG VIVIENDAS would reimburse the difference between the average valuated price and the original selling price up to a maximum of FIVE THOUSAND EUROS.
• GARAGE DISCOUNT OR ONE YEAR USE FOR FREE: If you buy the garage together with your home the price of it will be reduced by 1,000 €. If you prefer not to buy the garage, you will have the right to lease it with the option to buy in which the first year is free of charge. After the first year, if you want you can still use the garage by paying the lease or you can exercise your right to purchase.
• We look for the best fitting financing alternative to meet your circumstances and will manage the pre-approval of the loan.
• 3 YEARS MAINTNANCE: In addition to what we are required by law and confident in the quality of our homes, we agree to repair for three years from the date of delivery, defects and malfunctions originating from normal and proper use of the following facilities existing in the time of delivery: electricity, plumbing, drainage, exterior and interior carpentry, air conditioning if any was installed, wall and floor tiling. In case the damage is caused by improper use, if the client so requires, we shall repair the defect or malfunction, charging for the repair at cost prices.
  Regarding to the rest of items, housing facilities and for all in general, besides what we are required by law, a deadline of three months from the time of delivery is set for you to communicate any possible flaws and faults, which would be repaired within fifteen days. After those three months, if any damage to the facilities is reported in items not included in the maintenance of 3 years, if the client requires, we can proceed to repair the defect or malfunction, charging for the repair at cost prices.
• ORGANIC GARDENING: For a healthy lifestyle in touch with nature and to grow your own organic vegetables, we offer you for three years, from the date of delivery, the right to cultivate in an ecological plot with a surface between 100 and 150 m2. This space is located inside a community farming plot of Residencial Natalia, within 5 km of the complex and has the right to water for irrigation. In addition, you will count with periodic advice from a farmer regarding possible crop to plant and their maintenance. The garden will be governed by a statute drawn by NG VIVIENDAS community and cultivated under the criteria of ecological agriculture. After the first three years, if the client and the community wish, you can continue with the same land, if possible, or another one by every client interested covering the costs attributed to each at the cost price..
• COLLECTION OF ORANGE: For three years after the delivery of housing, the customer is entitled to a crop of oranges that may be collected with your family, straight from the tree, 50 kg per year of oranges or similar. The harvest may be done all at once or in several occasions, having to collect at least 10 kg each time. Trees where the fruit will be harvested are within 15 km of the housing. After three years, if the client wishes may continue this service at cost..
• MAINTENANCE STAND BY: At cost price, ideal for clients with long periods of absence in the housing, the service can include; maintenance of the plants, etc, periodic examination, cleaning and preparing for the arrival, airport pickup, rental car hire, management, procurement and contracting services, garden maintenance, communication of events, etc, etc. A personalized plan is designed based on your needs. • And to better enjoy the natural surrounding environment, privilege of your new home, we offer two bicycles.
• We manage without cost, contracting all the services for your home and we will cover for you the first three months of community fees.
• If you want to reform or decorate your home, we offer an interior decorator, and execute the reform and decor, all at cost price; all you need to do is simply choose.
• And for any other management or service you require, now or in the future, the team of NG VIVIENDAS will be happy to seek the solution that best suits your needs. We have spent many years doing it with our customers and improving day by day thanks to them.
